There is an increasing need for stabilization of the personality and the private situation of the individual as well as for orientation offers on the labour market. Therefore, this project offer includes a needs-based integration path for participants from the north of the German-speaking community of Belgium. It consists of ballast measures in the form of intensive support for the participants as well as various integration measures (possible partial qualification in work-related fields such as gardening and landscaping, carpentry, locksmithing, polyvalent crafts department, social workshop). Each participant should be individually supported in order to be able to acquire as many skills as possible for his or her social and professional life.
