The project aims to provide on-the-job support to 20 beneficiaries per year working in the Liège and Namur regions. The duration and nature of the support varies, adjusted to the specific needs of the individual and the company. They include a potential for interventions defined in advance with the actors concerned aimed at: - Identification of communication needs in order to support access to formal and informal information, - Implementation of useful adaptations (in-person or remote interpretation) - Support for understanding the organisation (organisation chart, internal procedures) and the expectations of the function - Provision of tools to employers (awareness-raising, introduction to sign language, useful information) - Regular coaching of the worker - Support for resolving difficulties related to the disability situation in the company These actions are implemented through a partnership involving SAREW (vocational integration), ASBL SISW (sign language interpretation service), ASBL SURDIMOBILE (awareness-raising & introduction to sign language).
