Talent Challenge

The Talent Challenge is a multi-partner, interactive and innovative project, inspired by a Quebec model, which aims to enable young people from the age of 15 to discover a wide variety of technical and technological professions in a practical and fun way in the form of challenges and therefore to broaden the scope of possibilities with regard to their professional and training projects. It will be necessary to set up/develop a real partnership dynamic with guidance actors (and in particular those registered in the portfolio ‘Parcours orientation – Wallonie’) in order to be part of a guidance approach, to bring real added value to beneficiaries and to clearly articulate the missions of each. The aim is to work together to enable the student, ultimately, to build a coherent personal and professional project resulting from a positive choice. The Talent Challenge will be organised in close collaboration with VET (Espace formation PME, centre bruxellois de formation des classes moyennes) which will also develop this action in the Brussels region.
