In summary, this project aims to increase equal opportunities for unemployed workers with a migration background through a process of intermediation that removes both the specific obstacles to the employment of migrants and the obstacles to the recruitment of staff by companies. Starting from an assessment and a language test, the actions are coordinated in order to allow several complementary actions to coincide or to remove the obstacles by language courses or ‘pre-PSI’ actions such as administrative and legal social support, diploma equivalence, mobility, etc. It is no longer a question of considering insertion in a succession of chronological stages, with a predetermined order (first FLE courses, then vocational training, and only after job search, etc.), but as parallel interventions combining individual and collective approaches. Once the most blocking obstacles are removed, priority is given to rapid access to employment through the combination of actions adapted to the needs of the public (job coaching, FLE job, mentoring, training, etc.) and intensive preparation.
