The project will focus on responding to the region’s uncovered needs on three priority themes (renovation, environment, food), mobilising and coordinating local stakeholders (municipal authorities, social economy, integration and job seekers), mobilising and supporting long-term jobseekers in employment and their integration pathways. Synergy work will be carried out by partners and trainees around the trades to be developed and business models of new activities, while respecting the rule of non-competition. The project aims at a complementary approach to those already in existence by virtue of its strictly local anchoring and its focus on the worker’s professional project as well as personalised support. We support workers in the professional project through individual and collective meetings, training and follow-up within the company. In the end, at least 60 people are offered a permanent contract in accordance with their skills and the needs of the area.
