As a work-based training workshop, we organise vocational training for adults far removed from the labour market, with no professional qualifications or proven schooling in Belgium. Our training courses are centred around three professions: kitchen clerk, ward clerk and lady/chamber valet. 2023 will be a year of transition since, in September 2023, one of our training courses, ‘woman/chamber jacket’, will fall within the scope of the certification recognised by Bruxelles Formation. We will train 86 people in 2023 and 88 in 2024 and 2025, with a total of 202.554 hours organised (without guidance). Our pedagogical particularity is the real situation (with a real clientele) of our trainees from the first days of training through 2 application restaurants and hotel rooms at Sleepwell. Individual guidance is given to each "pedagogical, psycho-social and job-searcher" as soon as they enrol in our training courses. The change from the draft application is due to the cancellation of the certification for kitchen clerks, following a decision by Brussels Training.
