It is based on the drawing up of a specific action plan and individualised follow-up tailored to each person. The activities proposed are individual or collective: - Drawing up a social and professional assessment, an individualised social integration project and an action plan based on the person’s professional project. - Implementation of educational follow-up to reduce all barriers to employment: housing, childcare, family problems, mobility... - Establishment of specific workshops designed to achieve several objectives, such as membership of a group, acquisition and/or enhancement of skills, self-confidence and potential, preparation for employment, etc. - Valuation of skills by a competence validation centre where possible. - Putting to work through the Art60§7 contract (mainly) and very specific educational follow-up. - Collaboration with FOREM for post Art60§7 monitoring and facilitating the transition to sustainable employment.
