The project aims at the social inclusion of an underprivileged public, vulnerable and distant from the labour market, receiving social assistance from the CPAS (beneficiary of the right to social integration or assistance equivalent to social integration). The aim of the various measures proposed is to bring people who are victims of exclusion linked to their education, ethnic origin or career path closer to employment by providing comprehensive and individualised support. The project is structured around a number of activities ranging from the reception of the beneficiary to his placement in employment, through various individual and/or collective activities: - allowing him to take stock of his skills, motivations and interests, but also of his obstacles and difficulties and thus determine his professional project; - enabling them to acquire the knowledge, know-how and know-how needed for their professional project; - enabling them to acquire the tools necessary for their job search.
