The project aims to improve the socio-professional integration of young people from Specialised Education (SE), forms 2 and 3, through specific support between the end of their schooling and their entry into working life by focusing in a single function on actions sometimes carried out too disparately by several actors, that of ‘coordinator-referent’ recommended by the Higher Council of the ES Opinion No 143 of 10 October 2012, devoted to ICT. In this new project, it aims to take charge of young people in form 2 (from the start of phase 2) and form 3 (from the start of phase 3) and the year after leaving school. Implemented on 3 zones previously (BXL, BW and RW excluding BW), it is extended to 4 zones (BXL, BW, LUX and RW excluding BW and LUX extended to the Province of Hainaut). The young people will be followed a year earlier in order to better prepare them by anticipating the needs and steps to be taken: guidance, support for employment, housing, etc. A new partnership with the regional employment missions and the JEEP programme in BXL aims to increase the results of integration into employment in ordinary environments.
