Technobel will launch 5 annual training cycles in 2024 and 2025. They will discuss cyber security, cloud computing, data development and analysis. The first, aligned with ENISA’s vision, will prepare participants for key cybersecurity roles. The second will deepen cybersecurity in the context of the cloud. The third will aim to fill the shortage of IT analysts in Wallonia. These training courses, although separate, are interconnected and aim to increase the employability of jobseekers in the fast-growing digital fields. The implementation of these training courses consists of three stages: orientation of the candidate, pre-training and qualifying training. Thought as evolutionary paths, these allow a progression adapted to the needs of each learner. They are also part of a wider framework called "We are Makers" focusing on practical learning and creativity. Technobel is thus boosting its learning environment with the aim of training autonomous, competent and professional learners capable of adapting to the rapid changes in the digital world.
