Priority is given to rapid access to employment through the combination of actions adapted to the needs of the public (FLE occupation, training with traineeships, etc.) and intensive preparation. - Individual support: information, guidance and support in various steps; - Group information sessions; - Organisation of training; - Mentoring: a volunteer mentor helps a foreign job-seeking person, the mentee, to discover the world of business; - Volunteering; - In-company mentoring: individualised support throughout the person’s socio-professional integration path, which includes a traineeship with a tutor in a company in need of labour, as well as an apprenticeship in French related to the profession.
