The current context of multiple crises is complex and fluid. It particularly undermines the employment of young people and particularly the most vulnerable. This general state influences his perception of the constantly changing labour market. Companies must constantly adapt and look for staff with basic skills but above all adaptability, including in positions with first qualifications. Mirhw builds on its experience and lessons learned from previous projects. The methodology takes into account the changing needs, expectations, values, etc. of young people AND the prospects of the labour market To achieve this, staff will carry out capacity-building and intermediation activities. Concretely, the Mirhw offers individual and collective support to the young people in charge with a confrontation with the trades (the situation in company is prioritized). The aim is to support more young jobseekers into employment and to integrate them sustainably by meeting the needs of businesses.
