The aim of the project is to develop a cross-education-training-employment policy in the childcare sector in the province of Luxembourg (leaving its silo). It aims to strengthen coherence between the individual/institutional/inter-institutional/governance competences of the actors in the Luxembourg childcare system and to support their joint development. This system includes the actors of the educational institutions/training of the reception profession(s), the reception structures and the ONE (Governance). By decompartmentalising the system, the project will contribute to improving the accessibility/quality of the reception offer to better match the needs of children/families. It will make it possible to reflect on the training offer in order to support entry into childcare professions. The expected result is a more competent/coherent system based on a common set of guiding principles and expected skills for high-quality reception and provision of education/training and support more in line with the needs of the labour market in the professions in the sector.
