This project is part of a complex and particularly fast-moving context that is challenging: - Job search for a very vulnerable public facing many problems; - Recruitment of first-skilled workers for companies. We see a mismatch between labour supply and demand that is not inevitable. The objective of this project is twofold: QUALITATIVELY, it is a question of offering more services aimed at improving support to and in employment for the vulnerable public, in particular by: - Contributing to matching labour supply and demand (particularly in jobs that are in short supply, in tension and with prospects for the future). - Developing the digital skills of EDs. - Working on ED mobility (including soft mobility). - By involving employers more in the beneficiaries' journey. QUANTITATIVELY Thanks to this project (ESF+BPP), MireWapi is committed to supporting, by the end of 2025, 840 beneficiaries and enabling 504 of them to sign a first employment contract.
