The project aims to create organic market gardening training in partnership with IFAPME and the IFAPME MBC centre to develop organic market gardening production in our growing area (2Ha1/2) for the benefit of our community kitchen, which would transform this production as part of its activity of producing and delivering meals to our nursing homes, our nursery, municipal schools and certain individuals as part of home care services. This production represents an average of 1000 meals per day. To this end, the training will be divided into two parts: the first part will concern the "training" area, developed on our land by providing areas for this purpose, allowing the learning of cultivation tools and techniques by a trainer hired by the IFAPME MBC centre; the second part will be organised in the professional culture area where learners will put into practice the lessons learned under the supervision of a CPAS horticulturist.
