The most vulnerable groups are particularly affected by the digital divide that has developed over time. Several specific and/or cumulative factors constitute real obstacles to the social and/or professional integration of people who are sometimes enrolled in integration pathways and whose resources available to remove these obstacles are small or non-existent. It is important to remember that non-access to fixed or mobile digital means of communication is an aggravating factor of exclusion and a real obstacle to insertion. In addition, the lockdown has been a difficult time for people in precarious situations (financially, socially, etc.) who are experiencing situations of isolation and increased loneliness for some. Faced with these findings, our project aims to: - Allow the target public to own a personal computer and an internet connection; - Develop the digital autonomy (initiation and training) of people accompanied to limit the non-use of rights and promote their socio-professional integration; - To enable them to benefit from individualised psychosocial support.
