As part of the ESF project, different activities will be organised. First of all, reception activities: before the start of the various training courses, information sessions followed by testing are offered to candidates. They are followed by motivational and administrative interviews in order to compile the learners’ file so that they can draw up their contract. Then training activities: several types of training are offered to our public in order to enable them to acquire the appropriate skills to continue their professional career. We have thus: a literacy module at L&E level 4, three basic training courses, an office pre-training course (2 sessions) and three modules of French as a foreign language (level A2 - B1.1 - B1.2). Finally, support activities: psycho-social guidance is organised during the training courses in order to help the public in their socio-professional integration process and a follow-up is put in place for 6 months after the end of the training courses.
