Initiated by actors from the field and the social economy, the project brings together a wide range of partners around the territories that have the most needs in terms of access to employment in the confluence of the Ourthe Amblève. It provides for the following activities: - The establishment of a Local Employment Committee whose task will be to organise the coordination of partners in meeting the target audience, the definition of the needs of the territory and individualised pathways that will make it possible to remove the obstacles to employment. - The creation of an ASBL (employment company), which will hire up to 61 people from the target audience under a permanent contract in 2026 to either be made available to partners, who will develop activities that meet the needs of the territory, or to develop these activities themselves. This undertaking will also strengthen support for people from the target audience in the activities developed.
