The project aims to develop a "territory zero long-term unemployed" initiative on the social housing areas of our municipality. These areas are spread over the entire municipal territory and have a total of 3717 inhabitants. The project aims to employ people who are far removed from employment, more than two years old as DEs, in order to enable them to develop their activity or integrate into an existing activity that meets their aspirations and responds to a need in the territory from which they come. Among other things, our territory would need to develop home support activities. The activities that can be developed or integrated offer socio-medical support at home, preparation and delivery of meals, home maintenance services (brico-troubleshooting, gardening, cleaning, etc.), taxi service, production of organic vegetables, etc. A coordinator will develop links with existing services, associative actors in order to guide and support the public towards and in the appropriate structures that meet their professional desires (training, wage-earning, creation of activity).
