Upskilling, reskilling and cross skilling consisting of generic or tailor-made training modules to maintain, increase or reorient workers’ digital skills for job retention. Development of training courses oriented to ICT and CCI professions to meet the 6th perimeter of S3. We will particularly target the skills needed in promising, critical or emerging professions. Mix face-to-face activities with our "virtual classroom" approach. Support each job seeker collectively and individually in a career management perspective. Develop a project approach by connecting the trainee and the company around a common goal. Promote access to in-company traineeships for all. Accompany the trainee who wishes to do so with a view to entrepreneurship. Foster partnerships with a view to reintegration (see NEETS), access for all (particularly young people), pooling of resources, geographical coverage, etc. Promote equal opportunities, non-discrimination and sustainable development.
