MIREC works with an audience of vulnerable DEs and aims to integrate them into sustainable and quality employment. In the current context, it is essential to step up the intervention of the Mires. MIREC seizes the opportunity of this call to increase quantitatively and qualitatively its activities of labour market intermediation for the low-skilled. Integration activities will consist of the organisation of accompanying measures and adjustment sequences, training aimed at matching the skills profiles of beneficiaries with job offers. Enhancing employability AND "employerability" is targeted. This will involve recruiting vulnerable job seekers, responding to the needs of businesses in Charleroi, supporting matching processes, etc.
