Objectif Emploi Gembloux is a pilot experiment whose objective is to enable any permanently unemployed person living in the territory concerned to obtain a stable and suitable job. Under the leadership of the Local Committee, a strategic think tank that brings together contributors, the project will be guided day after day by a project manager who will ensure the proper distribution of tasks and their effective implementation. The identification of the target audience will form the basis of the work, followed by the identification of the needs of the territory. The data crossover will mark the start of the main phase: employing the beneficiaries, supporting their skills, desires and availability. In addition to identifying the most suitable work for each individual, the keystone for the success of this phase will be the support of beneficiaries, who are particularly in demand after a period of inactivity. Re-employment will take place in a serene environment where difficulties and obstacles are promptly addressed.
