The mission of the Adapted Socio-Professional Training and Integration Centres is to organise an individualised, adapted socio-professional integration process, on the basis of a pedagogy aimed at -helping beneficiaries and trainees to define and carry out their socio-professional project, -ensuring that each trainee, while respecting his or her own learning rhythms, receives individualised training according to his or her needs and potential, -enabling the trainee to receive support adapted to his or her disability, particularly in terms of working hours and medical follow-up, etc. The aim of the training is to ensure that the trainee is employed under normal working conditions. The training is individualised and covers the three economic sectors: primary, secondary and tertiary. The socio-professional integration process can be broken down into four phases: 1° a phase for determining a socio-professional integration project; 2° a phase for validating a socio-professional integration project; 3° a qualifying training phase; 4° a post-formative follow-up phase. The socio-professional integration process is based on dual training.
