In summary, this project aims to increase equal opportunities for unemployed workers with a migration background through an intermediation process that facilitates entry into employment. The aim is to remove both the disincentives to the employment of migrants, but also the disincentives to business engagement in this area. At the start of a review, the actions are coordinated in order to allow several complementary actions to be carried out at the same time or to remove the obstacles by means of language courses or ‘pre-PSI’ actions. It is no longer a question of considering insertion in a succession of chronological stages, with a predetermined order (first FLE courses, then training in the trade, and only after job search, etc.), but as parallel actions. Priority is given to rapid access to employment through the combination of actions adapted to the needs of the public (mentoring, job coaching, FLE profession, training with traineeships, etc.) and intensive preparation. The specific actions are detailed below in point 8A.
