The ESF+ project is a Housing Led project for a homeless public with an important street or institutional background and suffering from addiction and/or mental health problems (public Housing First). The first step in the process is to be able to offer housing to this public. Then, around these people, housing support is developed with a multidisciplinary team composed of social workers, nurses, psychologists, educators, etc. In the context of the ESF+, we want to pay particular attention to ‘young’ and ‘women’ audiences and thus develop new hanging tools. The specificity of the project is that it will make it possible to develop new contacts with local operators to hook these audiences who pass through radars, chronicise themselves on the street and are very difficult to take care of. Accommodation support will be reinforced and for an indefinite period. New job profiles may complement the existing team to strengthen multidisciplinarity. New tools will be developed and new tenants will be able to integrate the project.
