- development of a socio-professional integration pathway based on the more detailed identification of a person’s skills on the basis of a skills assessment carried out by a specific team (know-how and know-how, limits, projects, etc.) - development of internal IT tools to identify and match the profiles sought and the skills available - treatment of barriers to employment limiting the person’s ability to mobilise (housing, childcare, mobility, alcohol, drug addiction, indebtedness, etc.) - Inclusion with a view mainly to (re)social integration in pre-formative or formative modules carrying employment - Individualised psycho-social support - Acquisition of pre-qualifying formative baggage - Validation of skills acquired before or during the placement in employment of the type of Article 60(7) - Accompaniment in the equivalence of diplomas for persons of foreign origin, but also access to language and certification - placement in non-institutional work experience enabling job placement
