The project aims to support the retention and motivation of apprenticeships upstream and throughout the training process until integration into the labour market. It is spread out around four axes: 1)Upstream of the training path, by setting up a rewarding path (3 months), aimed at the dynamic support of learners in the positive construction and consolidation of their professional project. 2)Deployment of new training and support strategies within the framework of an innovative pedagogical model, oriented towards integrated alternation and based on the assets of the digital and pedagogy of the project. 3)Development of an innovative integrated approach to skills assessment. The activities implement new evaluation practices as well as new ways of accompanying evaluations, promoting pedagogical continuity between training in a training centre and experience in a company. 4)Implementation of innovative activities promoting the transition from dual education to professional integration into the labour market.
