Whether in libraries, museums, cultural centres, the world of publishing, creation or the media, culture has entered the digital age: communication and promotion of a cultural project or activity is increasingly taking place via digital channels. In the age of the Web, photo, video and music editing, acquiring mastery of free and powerful tools that allow everyone to become the actor and creator of their digital desires is more. The project adds an intrinsic dimension to lifelong learning by choosing as a common thread the promotion of freedom, free culture and digital freedoms. Addressed to jobseekers domiciled in Brussels, they allow them to discover jobs, professionals and the media; - to produce sound clips, video reports and direct radio; - using digital technology to communicate about a cultural event; to defend digital freedoms and free culture, - to meet cultural operators integrating a digital dynamic.
