BF offers job seekers (EC) a training offer adapted to the expectations of the job market. All areas of activity are covered, and supply is constantly evolving to meet the needs of sectors and employers, and public policies. The offer takes into account the constant changes in the professions, in particular the emerging, shortage, promising, niche and innovative professions. The offer is tailored to the specific learning needs of Brussels ECs. For close-to-work ECs, training is short and professional. For sub-qualified CEs, the longer training paths are sequenced and secured. Transversal, digital, linguistic skills are worked in all pathways. The pedagogical adaptations are reinforced in order to take into account the needs of specific audiences. Pedagogical methods evolve in the light of the needs of both the public and businesses: groups of 15 trainees, hybridization, growth of online courses, digitalization, training in extended workplace, dual trainings are implemented according to opportunities.
