Our project proposes, annually, to 68 low-skilled EC women in the BCR, to adapt their skills to the needs of the labour market, to train in critical job profiles and to increase their IT skills, in order to integrate into quality jobs. We will organise, for groups of 15 CE, a pre-training course (prefo) and 5 qualification courses (FQ) followed by an internship in a company (228 hours). These are the following training courses: - 1 prefo to the profession of Network PC Support Technician (448h -14 stag) leading to the FQ below; - 1 FQ of Network PC Support Technician (738,5h - same stag as the prefo) validated by a Certificate of Skills Acquired in Training (Cecaf/SFMQ); - 1 FQ of Front-end Developer (1281h, 14 stag); - 1 FQ of Vendeuse in multimedia and telephony (819h, 13 stag); - 2 FQ of Administrative Collaborator validated, from 2023, by a Cecaf (1204h per edition -2 editions in //, 27 stag). Annual total of 5,694.5 hours of training, 77,445 hours*trainees (5,694.5*13.6) + 15,504 hours of training (228 hours*13.6 trainees*5 courses). Over 4 years (2022-2025) = 22,778 hours of training, 272 participants (trainees), 309,780 hours*forecast trainees.
