The Migr ́emploi project aims to increase the employability rate of migrants and improve the equal treatment of unemployed workers with a migration background. The intermediation process facilitates entry into employment and qualifying training. Ultimately, CRVI positions itself as a provider of opportunities and solutions. On the basis of an assessment and a language test and in order to allow several actions to coincide, they will be coordinated in order to offer either targeted language courses (FLE employment, self-learning, remediation, etc.), digital modules (initiation, smartphone, etc.), socio-professional guidance training (collective training, awareness-raising on labour rights and the fight against discrimination, internships in companies, etc.), individual support (equivalence of diplomas, socio-professional orientation, JobCoaching&diversity). It is no longer a question of considering insertion as a succession of chronological stages, but as parallel actions. Priority is given to rapid access to employment/skilling training through the combination of needs-based actions and intensive preparation.
