The CPAS de Mons offers support to and in employment for the long-term unemployed present in the territory of Jemappes and its immediate surroundings. These are people who have been away from work for at least two years. This type of public is generally low-skilled or unskilled and has little professional experience, which makes it more difficult for them to access employment on their own. The inherent mobilisation difficulties of the public make it difficult to integrate them into existing structures. The enhanced collaboration of associations and integration structures present on the territory is highlighted in order to provide personalized and quality support for each volunteer beneficiary to participate in the project. Actions will be considered in a bottom-up manner. Thus, the aspirations and skills of the beneficiaries will be correlated with the needs identified in the territory in order to pursue sustainable development goals aimed at the ecological transition. A specific unit will be set up on the territory to welcome the public in order to make the project accessible and social workers more available.
