The objectives are to increase migrants’ quick access to employment (ideally within 6 months) through an intermediation process. The project is based on methodological elements that have proven successful in EU countries with a higher employment rate of the migrant public. Starting from an initial personal interview to identify needs, the actions are coordinated to allow several complementary actions to coincide or to remove barriers through language courses or "pre-PSI" actions for foreign people and remove barriers to business engagement. Integration is no longer a succession of chronological stages, with an order predetermined by the combination of actions adapted to the needs of companies (FLE business, training with internships and tutors) and intensive preparation. This action plan complements the missions of the IRCs and their expertise.
