Women IT professionals to respond to the shortage of IT profiles

The proposed training actions aim to address the need for a skilled workforce in the field of IT. The two job profiles targeted by our three training courses are included in the 2020 critical functions of the RBC: Full-stack developer and systems analyst/administrator. Each year, we will offer 45 EC women from the BCR, who are mostly low- or medium-skilled (1), the opportunity to adapt their skills to the needs of the labour market and to train in critical job profiles in the IT field, in order to integrate into quality jobs. We will organize, for groups of 15 CE, 3 qualifying training courses (QF) including, in addition to business courses, a job search module of at least 35 hours and an internship in a company of 6 weeks. These are the following training courses: 1. An FQ of Web Application Developer (Full-stack programmer) (42 sem.). 2. An FQ Windows and Linux System Administrator (39 sem.). 3. A full-stack developer FQ UNITY/C# (specialising in the development of immersive and interactive applications) (34 wk.). (1)Unrecognised diplomas or higher education diploma or higher education diploma in a field with no outlets.
