This project promotes the sustainable inclusion of a vulnerable public. During the project, we will propose to 660 candidates to accompany them to and in employment. 60% of them will get an employment contract while 265 will stabilise permanently in employment. As a labour market intermediary, MIRENA intends to work on the adjustment of labour supply and demand by working with all stakeholders. We will work with companies to identify their labour needs as effectively as possible and thus present candidates with job opportunities that will be made more accessible to them with little competition. In addition, we will optimise the integration potential of candidates accompanied by the expansion of the area of professional mobility – by integrating jobs in short supply and promising for the future – by developing technical, digital and behavioural skills. The sustainability of employment will be supported, on the one hand by a firm negotiation of the contractual conditions of recruitment and, on the other hand, by supporting the employer in the integration of the new worker into the company.
