The project aims at the iterative development of the learner's skills as part of a benevolent support system for admission to the diploma in support of three alternating masters (partnership: UCLouvain, HELHA, UNamur). The dual study programme allows the student to be involved in the training project and to adapt the training objectives to its reality and that of the market while maintaining the university master’s level of training through a focus on reflexivity, critical thinking and rigour. The project is divided into three areas: Axis 1: work and articulate the skills development needs of both the student and the company in the context of dual university training, Axis 2: equipping stakeholders in the self-assessment and iterative assessment of skills acquired during dual training, Axis 3: develop a support system facilitating the student’s career path at the crossroads of the university world and the professional world, as well as his integration into the company.
