Its objective is to meet the population’s need for training and employment, but also to offer a diversified and comprehensive integration path (workshops, training, pre-training, resumption of studies, employment, etc.), in order to enable everyone to maximise their chances for training and/or sustainable employment. The social worker will help the CPAS user to determine an integration project adapted to his assets, interests and abilities. Its objective is to help the applicant to have a better knowledge of himself and, through this, to better guide him in the choice of the socio-professional reintegration path. We also note that, as C.P.A.S., it is important to be able to count on employers willing to welcome workers in good working and management conditions (Articles 60 and 61). A second objective will therefore be to promote and fill jobs by bringing supply and demand closer together by making it easier to connect employers and jobseekers and by adapting the preparation of jobseekers to the economic needs of the region.
