The QUAlter3 project for an Alternance of Excellence in Wallonia – aims to position the alternating Master’s degree in labour sciences, currently organised on the Charleroi campus by the ULB, as a lever for an alternance of excellence in Wallonia. By building a genuine collaboration with IFAPME, the aim is to target the programme at a new target audience: alternance actors. The QUAlter3 project aims to: 1. Recruit a pilot cohort of IFAPME employees in order to identify the needs of the target audience and co-build the educational objectives in close collaboration with IFAPME’s human resources in a ‘learning by doing’ approach; 2. Adapt the existing programme in order to enable it to meet the needs and objectives pursued and to integrate training tutors in a systemic way, in particular through reflective workshops co-supervised by IFAPME and ULB 3 tutors. Deploy the Master by promoting the programme to the new target audience; 4. Transfer the pedagogical approach to other actors of the Network and other actors of vocational training.
