This new project aims to create a new dual Master’s degree in Labour Sciences in Brussels, building on the framework of the existing Master’s degree aimed at ‘Managing training and professional transition’ in order to provide dual training for PSI and training stakeholders (workers and jobseekers) and participate in the professionalisation and continuous improvement of the sector. In order to strengthen the integration of academic content into professional practice, the programme will be built in close collaboration with the partners, who are the main players in PSI and Brussels training: Actiris, Bruxelles-Formation, SFPME and Formaform. More specifically, the project will consist of: 1. the identification of the needs of the target audience and the co-construction of pedagogical objectives; 2. the design of a new dual Master’s degree in occupational sciences in Brussels in order to enable it to meet the needs and objectives pursued, as well as to integrate business mentors systematically into training and evaluation schemes; 3. Recruitment, supervision and assessment of student-alternants
