The development of quality training, the provision of innovative instruments and the establishment of effective support systems are important in a regional development perspective where business professionals from all sectors combined and jobseekers are at the centre of a reflection. The involvement of local stakeholders makes it possible to update our training offer in line with expectations. This project will have a clear focus on digital, whether in terms of content (digitalisation of existing professions) or in terms of teaching methodologies (blended learning). Hybridisation in lifelong learning is at the heart of the debates. The idea of hybridisation is not to be digital at all. The lockdown allowed us to collectively realize the potential of digital tools but also its limits. Hybridisation is a way of preserving the best of digital technology as a tool for pedagogy and not an end in itself.
