Faced with the increasing increase and weakening of young people away from work and the difficulties of companies in recruiting staff, the challenges ahead for Wallonia are enormous. MIREs can help to address them. Through their specific missions and actions, MIRES acts as an intermediary between the world of integration and businesses. MIRELUX, whose objective is to integrate this public permanently into employment, seizes the opportunity offered by this call for projects to increase its activities qualitatively and quantitatively. Through the use of a specific support method, MIRELUX intends to act on the job application by increasing the number of job offers and to promote direct contact between this young public and employers. But it will also act on the job offer by encouraging companies to adopt recruitment methods that facilitate the integration of a young and distant public. MIRELUX also intends, through this project, to increase the integration of the target public vis-à-vis jobs in shortage, tension and / or promising future but also to expand its services offered to the public (digital and mobility).
