The validation of skills is and must remain an individual right. The citizen is, in the framework of this project, more than ever at the center of the concerns. Concrete and tailored activities aim to strengthen: -The preparation and support of the public, taking into account their specificities and needs, all in a logic of lifelong learning and maintenance or access to employment or mobility in employment. -The link with the labour market and the skills needs of audiences: responding to challenges: digital and green transitions, impacts of the health crisis and floods in Wallonia; boost the offer of validation as a lever for the development, visibility and valorisation of Walloon skills and therefore de facto the creation of activities and employment; The roll-out of this project is based on strong and structured synergies and partnerships between the five public education and vocational training institutions and even other operators. In this way, the skills validation system aims to promote the economic and social well-being of citizens from a perspective of equal opportunities.
