The IFAPME project comprises two axes: -Development of innovative training aimed at a high level of professional qualification, in connection with technical, technological and/or environmental developments in a profession/sector, for an adult audience in training who wishes to acquire new skills in order to enter the labour market to develop and/or update their skills (the objective of upskilling or reskilling) -Development of cross-cutting training modules aimed at developing digital, circular and environmental skills in order to enable future talents to cope with changes in professions. The project aims to adapt and update, or even anticipate, skills in relation to the digital evolutions of professions and the transitions linked to the circular and environmental economy. To contribute to the development of citizens’ skills and performance, which is the main factor in the economic redeployment of Wallonia and the creation of activities and jobs, eight strategic areas of activity, supported by the Walloon Government, are primarily targeted by the high added-value training offered.
