The current context is complex and fluid. It particularly undermines the employment of young people and particularly the most vulnerable. This public has few prospects, between financial precariousness, psychological distress, loss of reference points, etc. This general state influences the way in which it perceives the constantly changing labour market. Companies must constantly adapt and are looking for staff with basic skills and, above all, adaptability. The objective of the project is to meet the demand for employment through active intermediation between DE and companies by accompanying 156 young people to and in employment. The aim of this project is to: - (Re)mobilize this public often in complete dropout. - Initiate innovative activities in support and intermediation methodologies. - Provide the public with transversal skills on issues related to digital inclusion, mobility and environmental protection, soft skills, behavioural skills and gender equality and non-discrimination. - Strengthen public-business relations.
