The Step up project allows the inclusion of people who are not in school and who are very far from employment in vocational training, and at the end of their career, in companies. It aims to secure pathways by developing the basic skills essential for carrying out a training project, resuming studies or gaining access to employment: - The ability to mobilise in an action plan - The acquisition of the prerequisites necessary for entry into qualifying training and/or resumption of studies - Transversal skills and essential for integration into employment (soft skills, digital skills) - The organisation of training in occupations that allow initial access to the labour market in promising sectors: sustainable food, coding, sales, retail, security The most important aspects of the project are: - Tailor-made training programs, adapted to the realization of the professional project. - Training paths in the sector from pre-qualifying to qualifying. - Individualized support throughout the course & networking to train and support the most vulnerable audiences.
