- The young people aged 15 to 18 targeted by the project will benefit from a programme designed by the AMO and the school drop-out service (in short SAS) in contact with schools and the medico-psycho-social spheres if necessary. - Young people aged 18 to 22 will receive support in pairs from the AMO and the CPAS, in order to facilitate the transition to majority voting. Access to housing will form the basis of this support for homeless young people. Other partners will be activated as needed. - Young people between the ages of 22 and 29 who are still in need will be accompanied by the CPAS and its social integration service, so that there is no break in ‘post-AMO’ follow-up. The partnership will also be expanded on a case-by-case basis. - For all beneficiaries, individual monitoring will be coupled with a proposal for access to collective actions promoting an exit from immobility. School drop-out and access to socio-professional integration will be priority objectives to be achieved step by step. For CPAS beneficiaries, insertion jobs will be offered.
