Ergojob’s challenge is to integrate or keep people with motor, sensory or intellectual disabilities in employment, by improving accessibility in the workplace, fitting out workstations or reorganising work. The project focuses on the added value provided by the worker and the development of his skills and not on compensation for the loss of performance due to disability. It is addressed both to the person with a disability and to his or her employer. Integration also helps to reduce the stigmatising effects of disability situations, but also to support the social and cultural inclusion and financial and cultural independence of persons with disabilities.
