Our project aims to offer the most vulnerable young people the chance for a more serene future. Our will is to develop a specific axis of "rescue life" of young people in rupture to then accompany them in an efficient way towards their social and economic autonomy. To do this, we have a local, multidisciplinary and intersectoral partnership network that is essential to the success of the project. - 15-18 years: we will prioritise our work with schools, CPMS and school drop-out services (SAS). - 18-22 years: the support will be coordinated by the AMO, in full collaboration with the CPAS. A special focus will be placed on access to housing, training and employment. - 22–29 years: the CPAS and their social integration service (SIS) will take over, while ensuring the transition of follow-ups from the AMO. Work will also be done upstream by our presence in the different living environments of young people. In addition to individual support, collective actions will also be offered in the form of "educational" workshops, activities promoting their exit from immobility, or exchange groups.
