The project developed is a Housing First project for a homeless public with a past on the streets or in institutions of at least 2 years and suffering from addiction and mental health problems. The first step in the process is to be able to offer housing to this public. Then, around these people, housing support is developed with a multidisciplinary team composed of social workers, nurses, psychologists, educators and family helpers. In the context of this European project, we would like to pay particular attention to: - Support for the housing of young people leaving institutions, in partnership with the Youth Rights Department?; - Work on skills development through the reactivation of Housing First tenants, with the deployment of a specific project for women?; - Social (re)affiliation by promoting the integration of people into the community of their choice through collective and individual activities such as occupation, sport, culture, employment and volunteering.
