Axis 1 - Inclusive training aims to contribute to deinstitutionalisation and promote the autonomy of people in a situation of dependency in order to ensure them a better quality of life by equipping professionals, relatives and people. The activities of this project consist of training modules given to 3 different target audiences (professionals, families and caregivers-close and PSH) and around 5 key concepts. Thus, for each of the 5 concepts aimed at empowerment, a module of 3 training sessions would be proposed as follows: Definition of the concept (1 day): introduction to this concept, theoretical contributions, etc. Deepening the concept (2 days): how to promote the emergence of the concept in practice, in everyday life, with what tools (contributions of concrete cases, contribution of tools to achieve this, simulations and sharing of practical experiences, etc. Axis 2 targets an audience linked to the schooling, training and employment environment: teachers, trainers, professionals from PMS centres, trade union representatives, prevention advisers, socio-professional integration professionals, job coaches, etc.
